The HI-91410 is not much bigger than a conventional hand-held meter, yet it incorporates a non-fade plain paper printer within the robust case design. The clear LCD display is recessed as is the rubber keyboard, design features which offer maximum protection for outdoor use.
In addition to providing a hard copy of any reading taken on site, the HI-91410 can also be set to print at set time intervals. It can also be set to log and record the readings into memory for printing at a later date, or (using the optional software and computer interface), it can download the date to a computer.
The meter includes temperature readout and automatic temperature compensation as well as automatic calibration in air, and compensation for altitude and salinity - both factors that can affect the accuracy of the dissolved oxygen result if not taken into account.
