Designed specifically for rigorous use in schools and colleges the XEC-M12 incorporates a reversed triple nosepiece to allow greater working space and prevent slide/objective damage. Excellent quality DIN 4x, 10x and 40x sprung achromatic objectives and a 45° rotatable head with W10x/16 eyepiece give superb image definition. The long life LED illumination has adjustable light intensity, and built-in condenser for best possible lighting. The large area moving stage eliminates the requirement for fragile mechanical stages and allows simple manipulation of slide position. Stage clips are included. A built-in carrying handle is moulded into the metal casting to promote correct microscope handling, and precision coarse and fine focussing complete the impressive specification, and all for £99.00 (excluding VAT).
