The GXP-1 polarising microscope is a professional level instrument equipped with a set of 4 strain-free objectives to provide high quality imaging of a wide range of specimens.
It is equipped with a smooth, rotating, graduated stage, a rotating insertable analyser, Bertrand lens and rotatable polariser that allow observation of all types of transmitted light polarised specimens such as thin sections of minerals, polymers, crystals and particulates.
This model is part of GX Microscope’s new range of polarising microscopes and represents the very best value for money in this demanding area of technology.
The standard model is equipped with a binocular head and a fine set of first class objectives giving a magnification range of 40X-1000X. The eyepieces are supplied with 3 types of reticules to aid counting, centering and measurement.
The microscope is also supplied with an adjustable condenser with a 30W illumination source and coarse/fine focus knobs with limit stoppers and tension adjustment.
